Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly provide a full refund (minus the cost of shipping) for any unused items returned within 60 days of purchase. Once an item has been used, it is no longer considered new.

Warranty

All Obentec products carry a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. During the warranty period we will replace any faulty parts. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. This warranty assumes “normal use.”

Replacement Parts

Individual replacement parts may be purchased on an “as available” basis. We make every effort to keep extra forks, spoons, inner containers, and lids on hand for that rare and unfortunate time when one of your pieces ends up down the disposal, in your dog’s teeth, or in some unknown place.
